Shin-Etsu X-23-7921-5 Thermally Conductive Paste is a thermal interface (TIM) designed to fill micro-imperfections between a heat source and a heat sink. It reduces contact thermal resistance, increases heat transfer efficiency, and is suitable for long-term operation in electronic applications. The 5 g package option is designed for service, prototyping, and routine assembly.

Installation and operating instructions
Before application, clean the contact surfaces from dust, grease and remnants of the original material.
Apply a thin, continuous layer and use the pressure of the cooler to ensure even distribution
Remove excess material with a soft cloth.
Store in a closed container; after opening, consume within a reasonable time according to storage and handling conditions.
